SOONSUNG offers a 3-year warranty with accidental damage protection where a customer can request a replacement car seat in the event of an accident.

The conditions are as follows:

1. The warranty covers only the SOONSUNG car seats purchased from official distributors in Thailand.

2. The warranty covers a period of 3 years from the date on which the product was received (from 1 May 2023 onwards).

3. A customer must provide the following information:
3.1 Warranty registration information via Soonsung’s official website within 30 days from the date on which the product was received.
3.2 A copy of police report which clearly describes in details the nature of the accident and damage.
3.3 Photographs of the car seat under warranty attached with the police report. The nature of the accident must fall within the following damage criteria:
3.3.1 More than 30% of the car body is damaged or an airbag is activated.
3.3.2 The car seat under warranty must be installed at the time of the accident and the child registered as passenger was using it.
